Fabuloooos app
I used Satago for the first time this month and my bank balance doubled overnight. Ashley has been really helpful in getting the app set up. I now have nothing to do debt chasing wise. It even sends thank you emails when payments are received. It is sooooo good.

Time Saving!
I have recently started to use Satago and found that it has saved me a lot of time. Our credit control process is now streamlined and automated. Sammy was very helpful indeed with the initial installation.

As our business grew, so did our aged debt. Controlling that became really difficult. To find a package that consolidates the debt in one place, allowing us to make notes and trace email threads has helped us beyond belief. Warnings and auto statements has identified issues so much quicker rather than them fester away until we had a spring clean. Our partners like it because they keep on top of things as well and that helps within their accounts departments. I would recommend this product. From the moment I stumbled on Satago, the support has been fantastic and even an old man like me is getting his head around it. It is pretty basic which is all we need really. I am sure it does a lot more than we use it for, but we are happy with just the areas we use. Thank you to Sammy Tufail for not losing your patience with me. You are a great teacher and always supportive . You have always taken my calls or phoned me back at speed. You made time to dial up for tutorial at my leisure not yours, and we have had a laugh along the way. When this pandemic is over, I promise to come to London and take you for a beer. Time saving solution
I've been using this app for a few months now and I'm very pleased. It saves me time each month, the credit control process is now automated. It ensures that all invoices have been received at least two weeks before they become due for payment. Sammy installed the software and was very helpful indeed.

Excellent App! :)
Very simple and quick to set up, with no input required ongoing. Works away chasing debts quietly in the background every day, and thanking customers for their payments. Prompts customers to reply requesting copy invoices or raising queries where needed, resulting in progress towards invoice approval and payment, which would otherwise have required a debt chasing call to move forward. My contact Sammy has always been very helpful and friendly, and has listened to the improvements I’ve suggested and promised to ensure they are implemented as soon as possible. Recommend this app to all users of Sage 50 Accounts; wish we had known about it a long time ago!
